Using DX 8 with Pheonix 5

Hi everyone. Newbe here with a question. I have my DX8 set up on Pheonix 5 and have been flying a park zone glider with no problem. I changed models to a Blade 350QX quad and have enjoyed flying it and even trimming it to hover.

My question is how do I trim the motor control ? In full idle, the 350QX only hovers just above the ground and I can't land it. It takes off from the ground at startup just fine.
